• Anticorrosion protection of external rails, gates, fences is made with hot-dipping technology – which gives the best protection – with two layers of coating.
• The windows and doors in the elevations are the best quality, 3-layer, tailpiece-free, type EU-PROFIL wooden windows and doors, with glazed finish, and glass with increased heat insulation (4-20-4), Argon gas filling (k=1.1W/m2K value). The windows and doors at the ground floor are made with three-layer glued safety glass, safety foil, in accordance with the requirements of insurance companies. The windows and balcony doors are built in with rolling shutters with metal plates, operated everywhere by type electromotor. Mosquito nets are optionally available for the united shutter cases which are located in every flat. Remote controls to the automated shutters are also available optionally. The shutter cases can be fitted inside the walls, so they are invisible on the elevation, thus the external appearance of the windows and elevations is aesthetic. Windowsills, both inside and outside, are made of polished, glossy marble.
