  • The footing of the fence at the street face has stone cover, with hot-dipped wrought iron fence above, and a remote controlled gate, and a store for rubbish bin, with wall-cover up to the ceiling. The footing and stairs also get stone cover.
  • The drive-in path is anti-sleep in the winter period, which is ensured by electric heating equipped with temperature and dampness sensors. The gate at the end of the path to the garage room is sectionalised and remote controlled, and can be operated with one of the buttons in the outer gate opener.
  • The electricity and gas meters of the flats are placed at each respective storey, in closed boards in the common corridors.
  • The car parking lots, the separate storing rooms for each flat, the common storeroom, and a wall fountain with tap are located at the storey of the garage room. The floor finish is concrete, covered with surface hardener. The boundaries and numbers of the parking places is painted on this surface. The cover of the floor and footing of the rooms and passage is made of (ground stone) Gress tiles which are highly resistant to wear.
  • The hydraulic, microprocessor controlled lift, placed in the staircase, is designed to carry 480 kg / 6 persons. It has polished stainless steel doors and marble frame. The floor finish of the staircase is ceramics, with rounded, anti-skip treads.
