The flats at the lower storey have their own, exclusively used terraces and gardens, with separate irrigation systems and garden lighting which is connected to the electricity meter of the owner's flat.

In the cases of internal doors, cold floor finishes, wooden floor, kitchen furniture, kitchen appliances, wall painting, wallpaper the customer has the opportunity to purchase or order a different type, colour, etc. Any related change of price or deadline is subject to a separate agreement.

The earliest date of occupation of the flats is minimum 60 days as of concluding the agreement with regard to the possible alternatives, but it may change depending on the supply deadlines of the imported materials which the customer ordered.
