The condominium building of 18 flats, to be implemented through the investment of B.M. Invest Kft. will be located in an area which is part of the world heritage. Accordingly, we made our best to design an architectural appearance which suits the atmosphere of the hillside, with the most up-to-date technical contents and in the best quality.

The flats are well lit, and have 1, 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms. They are unique on the market in terms of equipment, materials, fittings (see detailed description in menu of Technical Specification).

From the street, through the remote-controlled gate, one can enter the common garage where the owners' cars can be stored safely. A common storing room is also located at this storey, as well as the optional storing rooms which may be chosen to the flats. These, just like the garage, have fire resistant doors

Electrical connection possibilities are also formed in the storing rooms, and can be connected to the electricity meter of each owner's flat. In terms of public services consumption, each flat is an independent unit, as there is no central boiler, but individual heating and air conditioning installations. Thus the possible causes for disputes are reduced.

From the garage, one can access the corridors to the flats by lift or through the staircase.There you find 4 or 5 flats.

The lower flats have their own shares in the garden for exclusive use.
